In contrast to php function basename() It that always uses \ and /
as directory separator.
It is needed for use on Classnames that contain namespaces.
Fixes #192

Appended newlines to every PHP document that did not have a newline as the last character in the file.

Otherwise it throws an exception that "Object of class ClassName
could not be converted to string"
