1. Overview
-----------
Overall we're using [PSR-2](https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/blob/master/accepted/PSR-2-coding-style-guide.md)
compatible style so everything that applies to
[PSR-2](https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/blob/master/accepted/PSR-2-coding-style-guide.md) is applied to our code
style as well.
- Files MUST use either `<?php` or `<?=` tags.
- There should be a newline at the end of file.
- Files MUST use only UTF-8 without BOM for PHP code.
- Code MUST use tabs for indenting, not spaces.
- Code MUST use 4 spaces for indenting, not tabs.
- Class names MUST be declared in `StudlyCaps`.
- Class constants MUST be declared in all upper case with underscore separators.
